Client Success Manager

OnCentive is looking for an enthusiastic Client Success Representative to be the go-to point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for supporting existing or new customers with questions they have and communicating with them on a daily basis, via phone and email. A successful Client Success Representative must be friendly and have strong communication skills. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to support customers with any needs, questions, complaints, or updates they ask for, making them feel heard and communicated with.


Responsibilities:

  • Call and email customers, utilizing our CRM system, providing notes and updates directly into the system
  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Document then relay all questions and concerns to our operations team
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to make customers happy and feel supported
  • Keep records of calls and record useful information

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a client service representative
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software - bonus if HubSpot experience) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer aggression
  • High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
