In his new role, West will be responsible for leading sales activities across both organizations and ensuring customer success to achieve top and bottom-line growth goals.
West brings twenty-four years of sales leadership experience in HR technology industries, with specific expertise in unemployment claims, Affordable Care Act compliance, benefits administration, and payroll-related technology solutions. Prior to joining OnCentive and SyncStream, Hunter held sales leadership roles at ADP, Thomas and Company, Certree and Businessolver.

Currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and three children, West is excited to bring his many years of experience to OnCentive companies.

West embodies OnCentive’s core value of Impact, serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, as well as the President of the Miller Harris Foundation, a not-for-profit that provides education and assistance to families with asthmatic children. In his free time, he coaches his children’s basketball and baseball teams and cheers on his hometown teams, the Predators & Titans.
